SO today I run 1,11 miles/1,8 km, it’s much better than yesterday! I try to run every day and do as much exercises I can. Brisk walking is also good!
I found for myself wonderful WARM UP exercises for arms, legs and whole body on youtube.
It is very hard for me to run still, I also need to practice my breathing. Today it was better.
I am pretty determined to reach my goal! 2,5 km/ 1,55 miles.But it is a long way!

SO I took the challenge and I am in the team, so there is no way back. I have 69 days left to get prepared and ready! I will run 2,5 km. Ok, you may say that’s nothing, but for me that is a lot! I am a total beginner! SO I will need to start exercise daily!
I will post my progress here. I hope that this will be the best random/spontaneous decision which I have ever made.
During these days I know I will have a lot of break downs. BUT the one thing I will hold on: IS TO NEVER EVER GIVE UP!
And my biggest inspiration will be this verse, which is my inspiration also on my exams:
I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME!

Hello! Today I want to share with you my favorite hot chocolate drink. I got inspired by missglamorazzi on youtube.
You will need Nutella,milk and a hint of cinnamon. I made for four persons, so I took four cups of milk and mixed together with three big Nutella scoops, I wouldn’t recommend more, because it’s pretty sweet, but if you have a really sweet tooth you can put more. Just warm them together till the chocolate melts and colors the milk brown and it’s hot! Later sprinkle some cinnamon on the top. It’s that easy and delicious!
